Hotel Breakfast

The Forest Inn offered a classic English as well as Continental breakfast served in the dining area of the hotel, located on the 2nd floor. Bacon, fried and cooked eggs, beans, sausages, croissants, freshly baked bread, yoghurt and cereal was on the breakfast menu. The breakfast was being served between 7.00-10.00 am on weekdays and 7.30-10.30 am on Saturday and Sundays. The price for breakfast was 2,50 GBP/person.

Hotel Dining

The hotel offered both lunch and dinner within the hotel premises. For hotel guests the set price for lunch was four  English pounds meanwhile the price for dinner would vary depending on whether you went for the set menu or the a la Carte options.

The lunch was served in a buffet fashion with the menu depending of the day of the week, but most of the times including meat, fish and some sort of vegetarian alternative.  Lunch was served between 11.30 am – 1.30 pm. Dinner was served either as a la Carte or as a three course set menu decided by the chef. Dinner was served between 6.30-10.00 pm.

Sunday roast and brunch

The hotel hosted weekend brunches all year round with everything you could ask for including fresh bacon and eggs, salads and Mediterranean dishes such as pasta and focaccia. This brunch was known to be the best one around the south coast area.

During winter time they also served Sunday brunch with fresh carved meet, including turkey and ham and sides such as mashed potato, mashed sweet potato, gravy, green peas, broccoli and much more.

The price was usually twice the price of the breakfast price that was set on 2,50 GBP/person. Senior, childen and group discount were common and if you knew the owners you could usually get a good deal for the weekend buffets.
